Cookie And Privacy Policy

We use cookies in order to improve the end-user experience and the usability of our website.

A cookie is a small text message (data file), which is saved on your computer when you visit a website. A cookie can also be stored temporarily on your computer in connection with your activity on a website and then be deleted when you leave the website.

Why do we inform about the use of cookies?

All Danish websites are obliged to inform end-users of the cookies stored on the end-user’s equipment.

Executive Order on Information and Consent Required in Case of Storing or Accessing Information in End-User Terminal Equipment

Danish websites are obliged to inform you of the cookies which are stored on your computer. The Danish Business Authority has issued an Executive Order according to which informed consent from the end-user is required. Please see the Danish Business Authority’s website for information about the Executive Order on Information and Consent Required in Case of Storing or Accessing Information in End-User Terminal Equipment.

Cookie from Google Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics to analyse the end-users’ traffic on the website. The information gathered by the cookie about your use (traffic data, including your IP-address) is sent to and stored on Google’s servers in the US. Google uses the information to evaluate your traffic on the website, prepare reports on the website activity and supply other services in relation to the website activity and use of the internet. Google may also forward the information to a third party if required by law or if the third party handles the information on behalf of Google.

Google Analytics leaves two types of cookies: A persistent cookie showing whether the end-user is recurring, where the end-user is located, and what search engine is used, keywords, etc. and session cookies which are used to show when and for how long an end-user is on the website. Session cookies expire after each session, i.e. when you close the tab or your browser. Google does not correlate your IP-address with other information available to Google.

Please see here for more about Google Analytics’ use of cookies.
